Aluprof MB-78EI

MB-78EI is an advanced system for creating internal and external fire partitions with a class up to EI 120 or single- or double-leaf doors with a fire resistance class from EI 15 to EI 90. The construction, based on 78 mm deep aluminum profiles with thermal breaks and fire insulation elements, ensures high strength, effective fire protection, and very good thermal (Ud from 1.0 W/m2K) and acoustic (Rw up to 41 dB) insulation. The system allows for various infills – from fire-resistant glass to opaque elements – and the implementation of smoke-tight constructions. It enables the building of partitions up to 4.6 m high and doors with leaf dimensions up to 1.4 x 2.5 m, installed independently, in larger glazed walls, or in fire-resistant facades. MB-78EI stands out with its high design flexibility, compatibility with other ALUPROF systems, and the possibility of creating sliding doors with class EI15 or EI30.
